Position: Academic Intervention Teacher
Licensure: K-6 Elementary Education or Similar License
Start Date: August 2024

Core Responsibilities:
- Analyze FastBridge, MCA, and other local/classroom data to identify students in need of tiered reading and/or math interventions and to inform instructional practices
- Develop and implement research based reading and/or math interventions targeted to individual student need in small group settings
- Work cooperatively with classroom teachers, MTSS team, and PLC teams
- Progress monitor student performance
- Provide/support effective reading and/or math instruction
- Attend trainings as required

Sibley East Elementary School is located in Gaylord, Minnesota which is approximately fifty-five miles southwest of the Twin Cities Metro area. The communities of Arlington, Gaylord, and Green Isle comprise ISD #2310. The district has a newly constructed Pre-K through Grade 5 elementary school and a newly remodeled campus for grades 6 through 12 in Arlington.
