Special Education Paraprofessional

Nerstrand Elementary School is seeking a part-time special education paraprofessional for the 25-26 school year.

Special Education Paraprofessional, One-on-One (1:1), PRIDE

Efficiently and effectively assist in providing a well-organized, smoothly functioning program in a special education setting while working under the supervision of a supervising teacher. Performs support work assisting students in meeting educational, communication, emotional, physical and behavioral goals of special needs students. Works Individually or in small groups.

Special Education Paraprofessional, Ascent

Provide support by working directly with students to increase their academic, social/behavioral, communication, and study skills under the direction of the teacher(s).

Special Education Paraprofessional, ATTAIN

Provide support by working directly with students to increase their academic, social/behavioral, communication, and study skills under the direction of the teacher(s).

Special Education Paraprofessional, Transitions

Provide support by working directly with students to increase their academic, social/behavioral, communication, and study skills under the direction of the teacher(s).

SPED paraprofessional

Job Summary: Provide support, explanation and re-teaching of materials to students with special orindividual needs. Work with certified staff to carry out IEP goals and plans, supervise students, flexiblewith willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment.

Multi-categorical Education Support Specialist – Monticello Schools

Monticello Public Schools has Education Support Specialist (ESS) positions available throughout the district. This position will generally work 174-179 days per year based on the school calendar and training. Hour per day vary by assignment, but most are 6.5 – 7.0 hours per day.
