DREAM Technical Academy in Willmar is seeking a passionate educator to work in a project-based learning environment that has a threefold emphasis: college readiness, career preparedness, and civic engagement.
The Work-Based Learning Coordinator will combine and coordinate the efforts of many individuals, assuring that work-based learning experiences effectively and efficiently help students develop knowledge, skills, attitudes, and work habits so they can move successfully into the world of work. Once the student finds employment, the coordinator will create, monitor, and adjust training plans in collaboration with the worksite supervisor and student, help worksite supervisors develop teaching techniques for working with students, and monitor student progress through regular on-site visits and ongoing communication.

DREAM roots learning in the restorative justice process. Individuals who are hired and become members of the DREAM team will be expected to train in restorative justice practices.
