Responsibilities and tasks include:Â
- At Park Brook the selected candidate will provide academic interventions for small groups in both a push-in and pull-out model, for the most part in reading.
- At Garden City the selected candidate will teach math, reading and social skills in a resource room setting.
- Special education due process paperwork may be required.
- End-of-year progress reports will need to be completed.
Minimum qualifications include:Â
- A valid Minnesota teaching license in Special Education (LD; EBD; DCD, ASD). Â
- * and/or authorizes the district to complete an Out of Field Permission request (OFP) request. Additional information can be found at PELSB’s OFP guidelines.Â
- *and/or meet the Tier 1 PELSB guidelines.Â

Work schedule: The position is at Park Brook Elementary in the morning, and Garden City Elementary in the afternoon.
