The Shakopee School District is seeking individuals with a Bachelor Degree interested in exploring a career in teaching. Successful candidates will have a passion for education and student achievement. This position will work 8 hours/day Monday-Friday on student days. No weekend or night hours. Assistance in obtaining your teacher license will be provided.

Job Summary:
Plan, teach, and carry out all functions related to teaching in a classroom setting. The principal will give you your daily assignment. You will be expected to follow the daily schedule. Training will be provided to allow you to be comfortable in this role.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required with interest in obtaining an MN teaching license or Short Call Sub License
Prior teaching experience preferred but not required
Working Conditions:
Classroom environment.
