Description

Fergus Falls Public Schools is a great place to spend your time serving students and being involved in our community’s future. We currently are seeking staff to work in a variety of substitute positions within the Fergus Falls Public Schools. These areas include secretaries, paras, food service, and custodians.  Substitutes enjoy flexible schedules and can work around other committments. 

Our substitutes maintain an on-call status utilizing the Frontline Absence Management System/AESOP substitute management system for vacancy postings. Hourly pay rate is $18.75/hour.

Background Check Upon Conditional Offer: Background checks are conducted upon receiving a conditional offer. Employees must complete a background check and are responsible for the background fee. A passing background is required.  Criminal convictions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
