Position:  Summer Student Tech Support Intern
Work Schedule: Summer 2024, 15-20 hours per week
Start Date: June
Compensation: Hourly
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Device Setup: Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new devices (e.g., laptops, tablets, desktops) for the upcoming school year.

  • Inventory Management: Help manage the inventory of IT equipment, ensuring all devices are properly logged and tracked.

  • Classroom Support: Aid in the installation and testing of classroom technology, including displays and audio systems.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team to identify and resolve technology-related problems efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in high school preferably with experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
