Job Description:
This position offers a flexible a schedule. Perfect for a stay-at-home parent, college student, or retired individual looking to supplement their income. Schedule/work hours vary depending on the school district’s need. Applicants can set their own schedule based on availability.
The health assistant works with the school nurse providing first aid for sick or injured students, assists with hearing and vision screening, and helps with programs to ensure the standards of care throughout the district are met. It is recommended the candidate have an educational background in the health field.
