Description
Little Falls Community Schools is seeking a Substitute Administrative Assistant to support the front office operations in various school buildings across the district. This role involves working closely with building principals, students, and parents to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with front office management and administrative tasks
- Provide support to building principals and staff
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors
- Manage phone inquiries and correspondence
- Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of clerical experience
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
This is a districtwide substitute position, covering all buildings as needed.
