Student Success Coach – Elementary

Position are available for a Student Success Coach at Elementary School sites beginning with the 2022-23 school year. 

Summary of Duties:
Under the direction of licensed staff, the Student Success Coach is a behavior support leader in the builder. This position works with students to support behaviors, social skills, and academics.

Qualifications Required:
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria to qualify for this position:

• 60-semester credits (or two years full-time at an institute of higher education)
• or an Associate’s degree (AA, AS, AAS)
• or a cut score of at least 460 on the ParaPro Assessment

Rate of Pay: $16.44 per hour
