POSITION:

Student Information Specialist

LOCATION:

Administrative Services Center

CLASSIFICATION:

EPSS Level IV

RATE OF PAY:

$72,387

HOURS/DAY, DAYS/YEAR:

8 hrs/day, 260 days/yr

START & ENDING TIME:

TBD with supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:

Education/Certification:  

  • 2 years post-secondary education with an emphasis in customer service, technology, data management, or related field required. 

Experience:  

  • Experience with data management and data systems. Experience with student information systems and/or state reporting is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and/or the Google Suite equivalent.
  • Experience completing multiple projects for multiple audiences simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team to achieve a common outcome.
  • Track record of producing documentation that can be analyzed, formalized, evaluated and consumed by multiple audiences.
