Student Advocate – Spanish

Hours:
7 hours per day
5 days per week
Temporary –  Until June 5, 2025

Required Education:
 High School Diploma Required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Required Experience:

• Experience working in a diverse school community
• Multilingual – Fluent in Spanish
• Ability and willingness to complete written translation and interpret in small and large groups 

Responsibilities:

• Cultural advocate for students and families
• Work closely with Student Support Team to provide proactive, culturally responsive support to students and families
• Serve as relationship mentors to students during all times of school day; including arrival, passing times, dismissal and lunch supervision 
• Translate written materials
• Other duties as assigned
