Description
Position: Special Education Teacher, High School, 1.0 FTE
Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton School District is seeking applications for – Full-time Special Education teacher position at DGF Middle School for the start of the 2024-25 school year. Must have or be eligible for MN teaching license qualified to teach Special Education. Preferred license in multiple areas including EBD, SLD, ASD and/or ABS.
Applicant must be able to:
• Work with a variety of students within any disability area
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to create thorough lesson plans and implement them effectively
• Must be able to do assessments for purposes of determining special education eligibility
• Must have good data collection expertise and the ability to monitor student progress
• Must be a good collaborator and team player
• Must be able to work with and supervise paraprofessionals
Salary: as per the EM-DGF Contract
