- Valid Minnesota teaching license and certification.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Commitment to working with students in an urban setting.
- Commitment to the design and development of the school.
- Strong content knowledge in the area in which you are applying to teach.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication with students, families, and colleagues.
- Strong work ethic and stamina to work extended hours.
- Pass Criminal Background Check.
