Special Education Teacher

 
Our district is located approximately 45 miles South West of Duluth and is made up of approximately 300 students.  We boast a very supportive community and a family-like staff atmosphere. Throughout the summer our building went through renovations in order to continue to provide adequate and comfortable spaces for our learners. Our district continues to be fortunate as we are in a comfortable financial position. We strive to utilize dollars to the best of our ability and to the benefit of learners of all capabilities. Adding this position will create an ease to current caseloads in our district. 
 
Ideal candidates should be ambitious, team oriented individuals that hold current Minnesota  Teaching Licensure in Special Education or would be willing to obtain out of field permissions while obtaining said licensure. A current Minnesota Criminal Background Check is also required upon hire. Competitive Salary offering is determined by current Master Agreement with the potential to qualify for a $2,500 signing bonus for tier 3 or 4 special education licensed teachers.
