Summary
Modern Montessori is a small school with under 250 students from preschool through eighth grade. A full-time position is available supporting students in a multiage classroom. The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting both academic and behavioral needs. The Special Education paraprofessional reports to our Special Education Coordinator who will provide guidance and direction on specific job responsibilities based on the needs of current students.

Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree OR High school diploma or GED + Passing score on Para Pro or equivalent
- Ability and passion to work with students including those with disabilities
- Work effectively with an interdisciplinary team, while having the ability to work independently
- Work with school staff to provide support to students, in collaboration with teachers; and
- Participate in, and provide information for, team meetings related to student success and next actions
