Job title:  Special Ed Paraprofessional – Lake Elmo Elementary
Requirements: In order to work as a Special Education Paraprofessional, you must meet the state requirement of being Highly Qualifed prior to your start date. To be considered Highly Qualifed, you must have ONE of the following; a Bachelor’s Degree or an Associates Degree, or 60+ hours of post-secondary education, or a Passing Score on the ParaPro Exam.  Please be prepared to submit documentation in support of your qualifications. (Acceptable documentation includes transcripts from the college or a copy of the ParaPro Exam report.)
Hours per day:Â Â 6.5 hours per day, Monday – Friday (student contact days).
