Special Education Paraeducator Substitutes

Mankato Area Public Schools has Special Education Paraeducator Substitute positions available for the 2023-24 school year.  These positions are on-call for 6.25 to 6.75 hours per day on an as needed basis.  

Summary of duties:
Physical, behavioral and developmental/academic support. 

Qualifications preferred, but not required, candidates meet one of the following criteria for this position: 

• 60 semester credits (or two years full-time at an institute of higher education)
• or an Associate’s degree (AA, AS, AAS)
• or a cut score of at least 460 on the ParaPro Assessment
