JOB ID: 4388 – Special Education Educational Assistant – PCA Extracurricular and Nonacademic Support– Part-time temporary position beginning 9/23/2024-06/6/2025.
Location: District Wide 
Scheduled hours/days: will vary depending on student needs.
Qualifications: At least two years of college credits (usually 60 credits in Minnesota) through an accredited institution of higher education; or an associate’s or higher degree; or a passing score on the ParaPro assessment demonstrating the knowledge and ability to assist with instruction in reading/language arts, writing, mathematics or readiness for each.
Pay Rate/Range: $16.66/hr. – $18.05/hr. (2023-2024 agreement)
Deadline: Open Until Filled – EOE (9/18/2024) Employment is contingent upon the completion of a background check.

Responsibilities: Provide services and support for students with special needs as indicated in Individual Education Plans during extracurricular or nonacademic services in the summer, including Targeted Services, Community School, and Summer Ventures.
