JOB ID: 4290 – Special Education Educational Assistant – PCA – Multiple positions beginning 9/3/2024.
Location: NCEC
Scheduled days/hours: Variable – depending on position.  
Qualifications: ‘AA’ degree or the completion of a combination of district training programs, experience, and course work of and equivalent nature and level to perform the requirements of the work.
Pay Rate/Range: $16.66/hr. – $18.05/hr. (2023-2024 agreement) $2.500 stipend. prorated to the number of hours worked in special education.
Deadline:  Open Until Filled – (5/23/24) – EOE- Employment is contingent upon the completion of a background check and a required pre-work screening.

Responsiblities: Will work under the direction of a licensed teacher to provide supervision of and support for students with special needs as indicated in Individual Education Plans. Services are provided both in general education and special education settings. There are 3, part-time positions available, all positions are 8:30-12:00:
Monday-Friday morning preschool for a total of 17.5 hours/week
Monday-Thursday morning preschool for a total of 14 hours/week
M,W,F morning preschool for a total of 10.5 hours/week
