Qualifications: MN Teaching License or MN Short-Call Substitute licenses. Pay Rate/Range: Up to 1 hour = $40.00. Over 1 hour up to 1⁄2 Day = $100.00. Full Day = $200.00 (maximum – $200.00/day)

We are seeking reliable and flexible Short-Call Licensed Substitute Teachers to join our team. Successful candidates will be responsible for providing instruction and managing the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher.
– Experience working with children in a classroom setting
– Strong classroom management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to follow lesson plans and adapt to different teaching styles
– Flexibility and availability to work on short notice
Responsibilities:
– Follow lesson plans left by the regular teacher
– Manage the classroom and maintain a positive learning environment
– Provide instruction and support to students
– Monitor student behavior and enforce school policies
– Communicate with school staff and parents as needed
– Complete necessary paperwork and reports
