Description

The Brooklyn Center Community School (BCCS) District is seeking secondary Special Education Resource & Co-Teacher to join our secondary team!  A Special Education Teacher provides academic, social/emotional, functional, and transition instruction to students. This position has a strong focus on co-teaching ELA and Math. Our teachers must create an educational program and a classroom environment that celebrates our community’s strengths, a space that is favorable to learning and growth and is based on the commitment that all children can learn. Work is performed under the general direction of the Principal. Continuous supervision is exercised over Educational Assistants.

Duty Days: 197 for new staff, includes 8 paid holidays!
