Secondary Science Teacher – 2023-24 School Year
The 2022-23 (K-12) student enrollment in Detroit Lakes has approximately 2,700+ students with 500 employees dedicated to educating and supporting our youth; preparing them for their lifetime of learning and success. Log on to www.dlschools.net to learn more about our progressive school district.
Purpose: Provide quality instruction aligned to the state and national standards. Use a variety of assessment strategies – diagnostic, formative and summative, to inform instructional decisions and increase student self-management of learning. A strong focus on positive relationships and the ability to work with varying student abilities is a must.
Job Requirements: Current MN Science teaching license
