Science Teacher – Physical Science/Chemistry – Long Term Substitute

Postion Start/End Date: Semester 2, January 23, 2025 – June 9, 2025

Closing Date: Candidates will be reviewed upon submission with selection starting no sooner than five days following the posting.  The position will remain open until a suitable candidate has been found.  

Work Week:  1.0 FTE: Monday-Friday 7:30-3:30pm

Location: White Bear Lake Area High School 

Position Summary:
Performs professional work providing a broad range of teaching services or specific learning program, assisting students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed as a foundation for future learning in accordance with each student’s ability, using a variety of teaching and learning methods at various levels to a targeted audience, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Asscoiate Principal. Occasional oversight is exercised over Paraprofessional or Volunteer.

Education and /or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in teaching, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
MN Teaching License 9-12 Science
