Responsibilities/Duties:

Develop and implement engaging lessons aligned with Minnesota State Standards and the approved curriculum.

Utilize instructional resources and collaborate with colleagues to facilitate diverse learning opportunities for students.

Provide instructional leadership within the classroom, fostering a culture of inquiry and discovery.

Successfully integrate technology into teaching and learning.

Implement regular assessments and contribute to school-wide assessment efforts, utilizing data to inform instructional practices.

Manage classroom dynamics effectively to cultivate a respectful and nurturing learning environment.

Establish proactive communication channels with parents/guardians.

Participate in professional development activities, professional learning communities, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Fulfill non-classroom duties as assigned, exhibiting a proactive approach to student supervision and behavior management.

Perform any other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to the school's mission.

Qualifications & Application:
Interested candidates must hold, or be able to obtain by date of hire, a valid Minnesota Teaching License. We support aspiring teachers, and actively provide assistance with the licensing process. We encourage you to apply if you hold a bachelor's degree in any field, but are not yet licensed.
