School Custodian Sub

Qualifications

Qualified applicants should be able to identify and correct building
and equipment problems by performing carpentry, electrical, plumbing,
painting, HVAC work, and other duties as assigned. Applicants need
to demonstrate the ability to tactfully and effectively handle requests,
suggestions, and complaints from fellow employees, supervisor,
professionals and the general public.  This position requires frequent
lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds and unloading trucks. Occasionally
they may be required to lift or move up to 90 pounds such as salt and
bulk furniture.Must be able to pass a background check.
