Roseville Adult Learning Center-Beginning-Intermediate Level Students

Description:  Roseville Adult Learning Center has a vacancy for a level 3 Adult EL Teacher at Anpétu Téca Education Center. The position has multiple days available. The hours vary from 5.5 hours on weekday mornings, as well as evening hours available. 
 
The teacher must be comfortable and confident working with a range of beginning and intermediate level English learners. The teacher will provide instruction to level 3 adult EL students with a focus on beginning-intermediate language and literacy development.

Qualifications:  

• A current MN Teaching License in EL, Elementary Ed, reading, literacy, Special Ed or ABE is preferred.
• 1-2 years experience teaching reading, writing, and speaking with English learners is also preferred.
   

Compensation:  Salary range is determined by Adult Basic Education matrix in teacher contract.
