PK SITE SUPERVISOR — Intermediate School

Byron Project Kids (PK) is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic Site Supervisor to oversee our school age child care program for 3rd through 5th grade children enrolled at Byron Intermediate School.
A principal responsibility of the PK Site Supervisor is managing the day-to-day operations of the our program at the Intermediate School site. They also work alongside other Site Supervisors, Lead Program Assistants, and the PK Program Coordinator to conceptualize, plan, and implement mid- and long-term program strategies.
Qualified candidates must have meaningful experience and a passion for working with school age children, possess positive behavior management skills, and be highly organized. They should have effective leadership skills and thrive in a team setting. Experience with staff supervision is preferred. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
This opportunity is a full-time, year-round, Monday-Friday position. The Site Supervisor at the Intermediate School will work approximately 35 hours per week. During the school year, work hours will generally be 11:00- 6:00 PM. Hours will vary slightly during non-school days, inclement weather, and during our summer program. Salary range starts at $16.67 per hour; commensurate with experience. Health and dental insurance, vacation and sick leave, and other professional benefits are offered.
