Position Start Date:  January 2, 2024
Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:15am – 4:45pm; Year-Round
Salary: $25.89/hr.
Responsible To: Building Principal

Position Purpose:  To provide clerical assistance and office management for the principal and staff members.
Major Job Functions/Specific Tasks/Required Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:  See attachment.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Clerical Assistance to the Principal
  • Manage Work Assignments in School Office
  • General Office Functions
  • Purchase Order Management
  • Cash Account Management
  • Provide Clerical Support to School Office

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Associate’s degree in related field preferred
  • Previous experience within a school system: desirable
  • Previous exceptional administrative assistant experience

Benefits of Employment: Eligible for benefits as negotiated between Professional Support Staff (MSEA Association) and District 112.
