Job Description: 

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Program Substitute in the Early Childhood Programs. This position provides substitute support for teachers and teaching assistants across 7 district locations.    
Monday-Friday 8:45am-4:00pm     33.75 Hrs/wk    36 weeks/yr

Responsibilities:

• Substitute for preschool teachers and teaching assistants across 7 different locations.

• Follow lesson plans and maintain a structured learning environment.

• Engage children in educational activities and promote social-emotional development.

• Assist with classroom management and ensure a safe, nurturing atmosphere.

    Qualifications 

• MN Teaching license in Early Childhood, Birth to 3rd grade, or Pre-Primary preferred.

• Experience working with young children in a preschool or educational setting is preferred.

• Ability to adapt quickly to different environments and routines.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

• Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.
