Preschool and Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) Paraeducator

We are looking for paraeducators to assist in the care and instructional support of our students within both the MAPS Preschool and ECFE classroom settings. Preschool positions offer daytime hours, while ECFE positions offer daytime and/or evening hours.

Summary of Duties:
This position requires physical, social-emotional and instructional support in a classroom setting with young children. Preschool classrooms serve children ages 3-5 and ECFE classrooms serve children ages birth – 5.   

Qualifications Required:

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria to qualify for this position: 

• 60 semester credits (or two years full-time at an institute of higher education)

• or an Associate’s degree (AA, AS, AAS)

• or a cut score of at least 460 on the ParaPro Assessment

Rate of Pay:
$16.40 – $17.43 per hour
