2 Peer Coaches for ECSE – TLLC location 
1 year position 2023-2024 
 

To serve as an exemplary teacher and instructional leader who coaches colleagues by modeling best practice strategies, conference, observing and providing substantive feedback.

Qualifications:

*  Current licensed teacher in the State of Minnesota Must be tenured 

*  Continuing contract teacher in Farmington Public Schools.

*  Committed to professional development and growth.

*  Outstanding interpersonal skills including displaying respect, empathy and integrity with encouraging and supporting individual and team efforts.
 

Essential Functions:

• Between FIS and peer coaches maintain 3 peer to peer connections with staff members not on administrative rotation
• Peer to peer connections are based around the Charlotte Danielson framework
• Keep records of peer to peer connections
• Assist coachee with instructional needs and general support in tthe classroom using cognitive coaching process
• Attend mandatory cognitive coaching training
• Meet as a peer coach group
