Wayzata Early Learning School Parent Educator
Schedule: Approximately 4 hours per week, 2022-23 School Year Only
Tuesday and Thursday 5:15 pm-7:15 pm

Position Description:
Wayzata Early Learning School is currently accepting applications for a Parent Educator in our ECFE evening program. This parent educator position works with the children, but more directly with the parents delivering parent education information and facilitating group discussions. Â

Qualifications:
- A valid MN License in Parent Education issued from the Minnesota Department of Education is preferred, but any Minnesota teaching license is allowable.
- Excellent knowledge of child development and group communication and facilitation skills.
- Must have the ability to build positive working relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Ideal candidate will have experience working with families from diverse backgrounds.
- Comfortable with technology or willing to learn.
