Description
Pending Board approval, we are seeking an individual to join our paraprofessional team to support students' academic and behavioral programming. This position is for 7 hours per day for 176 days during the school year and is a B-21-rated position located at Lakeside Elementary, our 3-6 grade site in Silver Lake.
Candidates must be willing to work collaboratively with other educators under the direction of a teacher. This position requires individuals to be caring, patient and focused on achieving individual student goals. Other supervision duties such as lunch/recess may also be required.Occasional lifting of 20 to 40 pounds or more may be required. A high school diploma is required.
The school district requires applicants for school district positions who receive an offer of employment to submit to a criminal history background check.
