St. Croix Valley Alternative Learning Center is an alternative school well respected among ALC’s in the state and serves approximately 80 students inside of the Stillwater Area High School.
Work Schedule: 3 hours per day, Monday – Friday (student contact days) Working in classrooms, cafeteria and multi purpose space.
Salary: As per the Paraprofessional Master Contract Salary Schedule
Job Description: Greet and serve students in cafeteria and throughout the building, take direction from staff to support small groups or 1:1 learning communities.
Provide coverage for students in halls, ssist teachers in credit records and reports to reflect learning and credit earning.
Qualifications: Applicable experience for alternative students, deescalation skills, positive and growth oriented, technology skill including word processing and spreadsheets.
