Outreach Workers | Cultural Liaison | Richfield Senior High


The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a full time Bilingual Family Outreach Worker working with students 9-12 grade at  Richfield High School for the 2022–2023 school year.  This position requires a person who has excellent communication skills (oral and written) and is able to develop strong relationships with our Latino families.

  • High School or GED equivalent 
  • Expereince in a school setting or equivalent work experience
  • Must be fluent in Spanish – both written and oral.
  • 2 years of college degree preferred.

Salary:  $23.61 – $23.92 per hour
Schedule: FTE 1.0 student contact time
