Outdoor Ice Rink Attendants

Red Wing Community Education and Recreation is seeking Outdoor Rink Attendants for the upcoming winter season! This role supports the operation of the warming houses and outdoor rinks at Carol Ann Pirius South Park Skating Rink and the Athletic Field.

Responsibilities:

• Open and close rinks and warming houses.
• Maintain warming houses: clean facilities, organize skates, and refill supplies.
• Track skater counts, rentals, and inventory.
• Ensure safety: monitor rink conditions and report injuries.
• Maintain ice quality by filling holes with snow and water.

The hours are 4 PM to 8 PM on school days and 1 PM to 8 PM on weekends and non-school days. Hours and days scheduled can be flexible.
