Out of School Time Program Assistant Sub School Year 2022-2023

Salary Range:  
Hourly rate of pay: $18.50 per hour 

Start Date:  
TBD – Reviewed As Submitted 22-23 School Year

Work Week:  
We are looking for additional assistant substitutes for our School Year 2022-2023 Extended Day and FLEX programs.  Both before school and after school shifts become available weekdays from September – June. Work schedules can be flexible and tailored to accommodate other positions or course schedules.

Student Level:
Elementary and Middle School

Position Summary:
The Extended Day and FLEX programs provide enrichment and recreational opportunities for youth with diverse interests, talents, and perspectives.  This position performs intermediate human support work assisting in implementation of youth activities. Responsibilities also include supporting student growth, group management, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the Out of School Time Site Supervisor.

Education and/or Experience:
Must be at least 16 years old
Minimal experience working with school aged children

Special Requirements:
Department of Human Services training upon hire
