OMG Instructional ESP- Summer 2025Â Targeted Services Program
Located at Osseo Middle for students from Maple Grove and Osseo Middle SchoolsÂ
Hiring for these positions will start after Spring break until we have enough staff for the students enrolled. Registration for summer programs will be open until April 19h or until the max number of students are enrolled!Â
We are looking for support staff to assist instructors and students with various projects and activities so that the maximum experience can be found. Staff will assist instructors with projects and activities, help with attendance and other management requirements and most of all be a part of a team who enjoy our program and its students for a summer of fun.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist site staff in preparing and implementing program activities, preparing snacks, and ordering supplies.
- Work together with other staff to meet the needs of all of the participants.
- Actively engage with students at lunch, on field trips, in the classrooms, during enrichment opportunities, and during transitions.
- Be knowledgeable of the overall mission of the district and the policies and procedures of the individual program.
- Perform other related duties as assigned. Â Â
Qualifications:Â Â
- Must be at least 16Â years of age.
- Ability to assist in implementing and leading educational/enrichment activities for youth. Areas could include health/fitness, science, social skill building, literacy, science, music, art, service learning. Â
- Skills that include organization, flexibility, confidence, patience, understanding, teamwork and communication.
Program Information (Student details)
Targeted Services programming for students entering 6-8 grade in the fall of 2025 from MGMS and OMS.
June 30-July 31
Monday – Thursday
9:00-3:00
CLOSED July 3rd
Instructional ESP Hours:
8:45-3:15 (tentative hours will vary on daily program plans/field trips- may be longer a few days this summer, or on Mondays for staff connection time)
Salary:Â Per casual salary guidelines
Required Meetings
All staff meetings – TBD in April, and/or May. Â
Program set-up and training – Week of 6/23-27 TBD with summer program administration. Â
Clean up day on site as needed 8/1/25
