 Office Professional – Counselors

LOCATION: 

 Eden Prairie High School

CLASSIFICATION:

 CLASS Level 4

RATE OF PAY:

 $24.31 per hour

HOURS PER DAY:

 7.75

START & ENDING TIME:

 7:30 am-3:45 pm

WORKING DAYS PER YEAR:

 185

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:

  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • One-year post-secondary training in clerical and/or computer skills preferred.
  • Two years’ job-related professional office experience in an educational setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of school policy and procedures.
  • Basic office procedures.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communiation skills.
  • Record-keeping skkills
  • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, be flexible, and maintain confidentiality.
