Intermediate District 287 serves students in grades K-12, as well as transition age students (18-22 years old), from our 12 member districts in the west metro area. Our district offers a wide range of services and specialized programs, primarily focused on setting IV special education, that is designed to meet the diverse needs of our students. Position Details:
- Provide occupational therapy services that include improving, developing, or restoring skills which will enable students to move toward independent functioning regarding physical, mental, emotional, and educational goals
- Support students in their least restrictive educational setting
- Support staff in evaluation, program planning and environmental issues

- Salary is based on Local 2209 Salary Schedule A: $48,819 – $96,833 (depending on experience and education)

Requirements:
- Interested in candidates who are: diverse, bilingual, or have experience working with diverse populations
- Master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited college or university
- Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health as an occupational therapistÂ
- National Board of Certified Occupational Therapist (NBCOT) designation
- Previous experience, fieldwork, or internship in Pediatrict or Developmental Occupational Therapy, preferred
