Primary Objective of Positions:
Provide instruction and coaching services in a high quality gymnastics program for children ages 3 through 18, including preschool tumbling, beginner through intermediate, and/or MAGA pre-team and competition teams. Â

Job Responsibilities:
- Coach various skill levels and ages on floor, beam, vault, and bars; supervise participants.
- Help all children to develop to their full potential.
- Provide instruction according to the skills identified per class and feedback for improvement
- Follow program curriculum, goals and guidelines
- Ensure that all participants follow Minnetonka School District guidelines and code of conduct.
- Participate in coach training sessions
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Qualifications:
- Extensive background in gymnastics
- Evidence of successful coaching experience, ability to teach fundamental gymnastics skills, and knowledge of spotting skills
- Positive, enthusiastic, respectful attitude
- Ability to relate well to children and teens as well as parents.
- Ability to work in a collaborative coaching atmosphere
- Commitment to program’s high standards
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
