Position: Middle School Baseball Coach
Start Date: March 10, 2025

Description:
East Grand Forks Public Schools is seeking a dedicated Middle School Baseball Coach to lead our student-athletes for the 2025 season. The coach will promote teamwork, skill development, and sportsmanship in a positive and supportive environment.

Reporting Relationship: Working under the direction of the head coach, carries out the objectives of the baseball program as outlined by the head coach and athletic director.

Qualifications: Possess high level of knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies and techniques of the sport as well as the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, parents and athletes.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead practices and games while ensuring player safety.
• Teach baseball fundamentals and foster teamwork and discipline.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school staff.
• Manage equipment and adhere to school and league policies.

Hours: Varies depending on practice and game schedule

Salary:
$2,391–$2,957, as outlined in Schedule B of the Teacher Master Agreement.
