Salary: (B23) According to Custodian/Maintenance Work Agreement with a range of $24.28 – $26.09 per hour

Supervisor of Position:  Chuck Imker

Qualifications: 3 years industrial/commercial maintenance experience preferred; must possess a Special Class Boiler License or obtain one within 6 months; experience preferred in the following areas: plumbing, light electrical, HVAC and carpentry; two years vocational degree in building maintenance preferred. Due to emergency situations, must be available for some weekend and night hours when assigned.

Summary of Duties: Maintain all facilities and equipment district wide; perform maintenance repairs to plumbing, heating, electrical equipment, doors, windows and appliances; repair climate control systems; plow snow if needed.

Positions 1,020 hours or more per year are benefit eligible
