Description
Job Summary – This is a long-term substitute Elementary STEAM teaching assignment for the 2024-2025 school year, beginning January 20, 2025 and ending April 22, 2025. The substitute teacher provides instruction, encourages student progress and manages the learning environment. This is a temporary assignment and is for student contact days only, unless asked to participate in professional development days.
Requirements:
- Must have valid MN teaching license
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous teaching experience
- Enthusiasm and ability to motivate and encourage others
- Ability to work and communicate well with others – staff, parents, children, etc.
Compensation: $191.30 per day

ISD #118 – Northland Community Schools is a district in beautiful north central Minnesota, serving the communities of Outing, Longville, Federal Dam, Boy River and Remer.
