Description

The Richfield Public School District is accepting applications for a long-term substitute in our ECFE (Early Childhood Family Education) program.  This is a part-time Early Childhood Instructional Paraprofessional position at Central Education Center beginning in September 2024. This role works with children ages birth through 5 and their families. This role supports our family literacy program.

Schedule: 24 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • Must be highly qualified:  Completed two years of study (equaling 60 or more credit hours) from an accredited institution of higher education or; have an Associate’s degree or higher or Obtained a passing score of 460 on the MN-approved assessment ParaPro test, which measures math and reading skills.

  • Experience working in a preschool or similar environment is preferred.

  • Experience working in a multi-lingual setting is preferred.

Pay Rate: $19.44 – 23.05 per hour, depending on experience
