Description: The World Learner School is searching for a Lead Intervention Teacher for the 2025-26 school year.  World Learner School is a Montessori Charter School in Chaska, MN that serves children in grades 1-8. We are looking for a Lead Intervention Teacher to serve our students in grades 1-8. 

Rate of pay is commensurate with the individual’s experience following the teacher’s salary scale.  The position is full time, follows the teacher calendar, and is benefit eligible.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related field 

  • Valid Minnesota Teaching license, Tier 3 or 4

  • Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience 

  • Completed Science of Reading Training (or will be required to start at the beginning of the school year) 

    Preferred Candidates: 

  • Completed Montessori Training (or is willing to complete)
