Responsibilities:
Teach K-5 ArtĀ 

  • 45 minutes synchronous instruction on a 3 day rotation
  • Asynchronous instruction- SeeSaw
  • Virtual and In person offerings on Wednesday scheduleĀ 
  • One day a month, all staff are required to report to Washburn for material packing days

Teach 6-8 Art

  • One grade per quarter
  • 40 minutes synchronous instructionĀ 
  • Asynchronous instruction- Canvas
  • Virtual and In person offerings on Wednesday scheduleĀ 
  • One day a month, all staff are required to report to ESC for program meetingsĀ 

InterventionĀ 

  • Collaborate with NCA and UMN partnership team
  • Coordinate alignment of Online Learner Interventions and academic interventions
  • Intervention refinement based on student data & teacher feedback
  • Collaborate with teachers on continuous improvement of the K-8 intervention model.Ā
