Position Information  Â
NRHEG Secondary School has an opening for a Language Arts Teacher for Grades 9-12 for the 2023-24 school year. Classes taught may include various required English classes and some electives. Ability to teach College in the Schools preferred, but not required.

Qualifications
Hold a Minnesota teaching license in 7-12th grade Language Arts or ability to attain
Ability to teach College in the Schools preferred, but not required.
Dedicated to positive student, staff, and parent relationships
Possess the ability to collaborate, consult and facilitate positive relationships with parents, staff and community
Possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
Possess knowledge of Differentiation, PBIS and RTI
Ability to work in a team approach
Understanding and experience in utilizing instructional best practices to engage students in academic, social, and emotional learning
Ability to use a variety of assessment strategies including diagnostic, formative and summative, to inform instructional decisions

Support and communicate with other administrators and staff.
