Kids Korner Summer Childcare Assistant

The Kids Korner summer program is open Monday-Friday at 6:15 am and closing at 5:15 pm serving students preschool – completed 6th grade. Field trips, swimming, and camp activities are an integral part of the summer program.  The summer program is a fast-paced, highly energetic, and continually changing and moving program. Employee is expected to activitely participate in all programming with students including swimming, outdoors sports, and walking field trips. Hours will vary depending on enrollment numbers and activities scheduled.  Wage: $12.50 per hour.  FREE Kids Korner childcare  for Kids Korner employees while working.

Job Duties:

• assist in preparation and implementation of daily camp activities
• follow all Covid health and safety procedures
• provide care and supervision for children
• assist in maintaining site order
• follow all program rules to ensure safety of children
• ability to follow specialized behavioral plans
• ability to participate in a variety of physical activities
• must possess basic swimming skills
